Going through the process of developing your EVP can feel overwhelming. In this video, I share my brand story architecture so you can see exactly what an EVP framework that actually WORKS should look like.
The brand story architecture consists of:
- Your Employment promise (not a strapline!)
- Elevator pitch – a short expression of your employment promise which, over time, we’d like everyone in the organisation to be able to articulate – in their own words
- Your EVP pillars usually 3 – 4 (max 5) pillars that categorise and encapsulate the employment experiences you deliver that are most important to your people and candidates
- Proof points that demonstrate how your pillars are exhibited inside the organisation and are the platform for story-telling in a meaningful way
